When it comes to owning a home or other property, there are so many small things that constantly need to be maintained. There are things like cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and the list goes on. And then there’s the exterior to maintain, with landscaping, pool maintenance, and pest control. It can start to feel like a never-ending cycle of daily chores giving you very little time to sit back and relax. With the beautiful weather we have here in Arizona, along with some amazing views, sitting back and relaxing is always a necessity. Sometimes you just shouldn’t “sweat the small stuff.” It's up to us, the Property Maintenance team, to “sweat the small stuff” for you and let our clients sit back, relax, and enjoy beautiful Arizona.

We coordinate with our clients and our trades to have home cleaning done, landscaping and pools maintained, pest control done, and much more. We meet the trades on-site and even send progress photos. This allows you to not have to think about any of that stuff and just enjoy your time here, especially if you're a part-time resident. We do "arrivals" which means we send our team in to prep your home for your return. We will even grocery shop for you. Then, on your way out we will do a "departure" too.

Our team has created so many great relationships with our clients, which has lead them to be very comfortable with us, sometimes even giving us the “green light” to do minor projects around their properties while they are away. That’s just the type of comfort level our clients have with us. And that's the type of relationship we hope to create with everyone. It’s so much more relaxing and enjoyable when you don’t have to deal with a never-ending list of chores and small items.
